Review summary

We sailed away with great anticipation. What we got was the greatest experience we ever had. The food, the entertainment, the service and the staff was magnificent. They greeted the guests upon return from excursions with cold towels, drinks and smiles not. To forget "Washie Washie" as if we were family.

i will recommend the Getaway to all who want to cruise.

Ship tip

Soak in every second of it as for us it was a great experience. Try to take in all you can. This ship will give us memories that will last forever. Thank you Norwegian.

After my incredible experience aboard the Epic and watching several YouTube videos about the Getaway, I booked a Studio cabin aboard the Getaway for a 50th birthday cruise in late July. I am already excited about the upcoming cruise.
