Review summary
This was our 1st Norwegian cruise. The staff was very young. Service in the main dining rooms was slow. The Italian restaurant was a great overall experience. Balcony room was the worst set up of any balcony we have ever had. We had to sit on the bed to get in the closet. Never seen a set up like this. Food was good but not as good as other cruises. Some staff members werent well trained or knowledgeable.Ship experiences
