Great solo travel experience

Sail Date: August 02, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

This is the third cruise on the newer NCL ships.  On each of these cruises I stayed in a studio cabin designed for the solo traveler.  A buddy took the cruise with me and had his own cabin.  For those who don't know, NCL does not require additional fees if you are solo.  The rooms are all inside on two floor with a common lounge area.  There is a bar, wonderful coffee machine, fruit, pastries and TVs.  We had our own solo cruise director (Jessy Alvarez) who met with us every night.  We ended up with a group of twelve that hung out the entire cruise.  We had a ball and plan to do it again.
