Nice ship plenty of food.kind of cold leaving out of NY but it was march overall it was a good trip

the ship was ok

It was my first cruise because I have a phobia about ships and boats. I am glad I chucked my fears and gave cruising a shot. I loved it and would go again in a heartbeat. It was a very enjoyable experience.

I just got back and I booked another cruise for November. The ship was very nice and clean. Food and breads were very good and even better in the specialty restaurants. The desserts were not so good. I highly recommend the Brazlian rest. It had the best salad bar I have ever seen and all the food was seasond perfectly! The coconut flan was great! Some of the shows were corny and could have been better.The music was good but I would have like to see some jazz. Had A GREAT time!!!!!!

We are PLATINUM Latitudes members and we intend to go t some date in the near future.Does this tell you something?

The ship itself was a fine ship. Solid, nicely decorated.

Clean ship, helpful and outgoing staff, very relaxing.

Cruise was very nice. Going on a 7 day cruise with 3000 people from greater NYC.....not so nice. Their manners leave something to be desired......oh well.

The cruise was a wonderful experience.

The ship was pretty and seemed a lot of fun, but the crowds made it a hassle to do anything. The lines were eternal and my 6 year old lost patience, we couldnt get reservations at specialty restaurants so we were always schlepping highchairs over people's heads in teh cafeteria, going to get our food in shifts, first for the baby, then for the kids, then for us, then back for dessert in 2 shifts. There were no chairs available at the pool. SOOO OVERCROWDED. The one activity, cupcake making, that my daughter wanted to do, was shreikingly loud and we couldnt even push into the room to try it. And disembarkation took 3 1/2 hours of standing in lines. That, combined with the rocking and rolling of the sea ( bottles fell off the shelves in duty free) made me think next time I'll just stay on land.

I had a good time. Lots of things to do and keep you busy...I wish they had more like this during the year :(

The food was very substandard! The spring rolls were greasy and no taste at all the best thing I had was the pizza and that tasted like cardboard. Everything else was absolutely tasteless, the broccoli and cauliflower tasted like nothing everything was so bland. I actually lost weight on the cruise. I had a tuna sandwich in the one restaurant and it was "wheres the tuna"....very disappointed in the food....I wanted to book another cruise to Bermuda but because the food was so bad I will not go Norwegian. Also they almost put us on the wrong ship...when we went through the very long waiting...they sent us to the Jewel line and not the Gem line....then said oops and then sent us to the Gem line what they should have done was have someone walk us to the desk at the Gem line since we had already waited in two long lines....but no....we got to wait in a third long line.

The experience as a whole was fantastic. Boarding and check in were relatively easy. The food was great. The prices for the alcohol were very reasonable and the rooms were very clean. Freindly staff. The only bother wa in the morning. They wake you up vis an obnoxious loud speaker announcement and rush off by 9am. Forget about breakfast the next morning, the lines are a couple 100 people deep and and no tables. Only 2 dining options. The cleanin=g staff actually came in our room and after we said we were stioll in there and they changed the do not disturb to welcome on their own, then entered.

ALITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIND SEATING IN BUFFET DURING DEPARTURE AND BREAKFAST. FOOD SUFFICIENT IN QUALITY. GREAT SALAD BAR. WILL TRY FULL RESTAURANT NEXT TIME. ROOMS VERY CLEAN. STAFF GREAT. HAD A WONDERFUL TIME OVERALL.

Impression very good

After I complained about the temperature, some adjustment was made. We did like all other services, specially the entertainment, the artist couple performance was breathaking.

Poor disembarking procedure in New York. At noon time on 2/18/12 many people were still on the ship. Our bus driver had to leave people behind to maintain his schedule. Everyone should have been on the bus for 11:30am. The driver waited till noon.

Wish you had one kosher restaurant with a reliabble kosher orthodox supervision ( I personally can help give you ideas how to get it) You will be taking away alot of business from kosherica cruises because they charge three times higher then you do.

The ship was well kept. The staff was very polite. The price of using the internet was prohibitive. Dinners at night were very weak. There was not enough choices. The choices were very weak. It appears they want you to upgrade to the premium restaurants. I would think twice about going on ship with so many premium restaurants. I think that is the ship's main focus and not the main dining halls.

The cruise was great. i would recommend this cruise line to everyone.
