Review summary

Was very unhappy and extremely disapointed with this cruise. Have been on Carnival, Royal Carribean, and Disney and they were beyond wonderful. Total waste of money and very upset with the experience of Norweigan.

Had issues in dining room areas with reservations and long waits. Buffet was very generic. at one point served raw chicken and have a picture of that.

Pool and rock wall were never open, shows were cancelled.

Entertainment

Most entertainment was cancelled due to the severe storm we were in. However the group B12 was amazing.

He went to check it out and was not happy at all with the activities.

Restaurant Reservations was a big issue and had a huge argument with them and how they handled any issue. Guest services was a big problem too, handling any issues or concerns.
