We love the Great Outdoors eating outside everyday is amazing. The Grand Pacific had good options. The first day of the cruise the Grand Pacific crew members seemed a little discombobulated but fixed the issues pretty quickly. If you eat in the Grand Pacific and have children ask for Oliver as your server and ask him to do is fork balancing trick.
Onboard Activities

We are pretty low key we use the pool and arcade quite a bit. Pool is great the waterslide, outside lane does not seem to have enough pressure and you have to pull yourself down.

We watched the magic show which was fun and the onboard Dj and bands were fun.

Our kids love this especially pirate day when the kids plunder the ship.
Service and Staff

The staff is amazing and willing to support all requests. The only annoyance we had is that our room was at the end rooms for our attendant. On other cruises, including NCL, the attendant would look at the dining reservation and make up or turn down the room while we were out. Our attendant started at the beginning and finished with our room. We would be out for 2+hours come back and our room was not ready so we would have to leave and come back. Not really and issue just an annoyance.

Register early for the kids club once on board to avoid long lines later.
A little disorganized called all the colors together. Cool thing was customs and border protection checked our documents on the boat so when we got off the boat there no lines, pretty great.
