Review summary

Overall it was ok but not your best by a long shot. Someone should look into this trip. I would be happy to discuss this with someone.

My sister booked a scooter with the special services at sea. The woman passing them out was very rude to my sister. She has a folding travel scooter so she gratefully asked why she needed this one. It was none of her business but we did tell her that the travel scooters battery does not last very long.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Cagney's Steakhouse was horrible. The steak was undercooked and the pork was bloody. The waiter was nice. He brought my grandson a salad even though we did not order it. Teppenyaki was great and the Italian restaurant was great. Lava cake was only served the first night when we went to Cagney's Steakhouse. Very very disappointed.

When we went on shore there were vendors with signs that said whatever you buy there can be brought back to the ship. This is a LIE. We each get a bottle of soda pop and I had a big argument with security about it and ended up having to dump it. We paid $10 for them. After an argument with customer service they gave us 3 cans to replace it. Not a fair trade.

Leaving on the tender boats was terrible. We got there early but people with excursions waited over an hour before they were able to go to show. Badly organized .

Our ship docked very late. There were. A lot of people leaving at the same time. PLUS there were a lot of people coming to board. We were ALL using the same walkway and entrances. There was no way to get through without shoving your way through. Also there were no employees down there to tell you which buses to get in to get back to the airport. We were sent one way and then back another way. It was cold and misting rain. VERY disorganized. Also our driver was very rude. He got us to the airport and asked people which terminals they needed but couldn't tell us which airlines went with each one. He parked in 1 spot and told everyone to get off that was for the airlines you could see. Also there were some elderly ladies in the back who were not sure when to get off. He got back on the bus looked at them and said "Are you getting off grandma". OMG everyone left on the bus gasped and said he was so ride to them.

The only really bad thing on the ship is the Chinese food at orchid garden....not the tourists!!!

We were, and it was terrible. Google Chinese tourists and you'll understand.
