Review summary

Overall a wonderful cruise. Ports were nice and offered something for everyone to do from hiking to whale watching to shopping. St. John's was just ok and did not offer much to do. Food was wonderful but service in specialty restaurants was sub par. Room steward was great and we will definitely be cruising NCL and the Gem again!

Food and drink were very good all over this ship but the service in the specialty restaurants was slow at best and once you received your main course there was no waiter in sight!

Overall ship staff was amazing with one exception...guest services staff! They could not answer questions about onboard charges, using your platinum status to get a tender ticket, or even laundry.

Enjoy late lunch in the Great Outdoors deck 12 aft for a great view and a different selection than the regular buffet.

Question how r u able to post from the ship. Did u buy the Internet package. How was the food. Shows. Is there a bbq. R people all dress ed up or look like slobs. Need to pack going next saturday
