Loved the ship and the crew. A group a very had working people, and a funny cruise director. I would definitely go back - or I should rather say, stay there :-)
Embarkation

There was a long line, but members of the Crew were super nice and helpful.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was great! We only visited buffet, cause we didn't feel like sticking to the plan all the time. It was our vacation after all :-) But there was enough food and a wide selection, so everybody could find something they like.
Garden Café

Great selection and delicious food. Wonderful service as well.

Entertainment

Energetic dancers, live bands and extremely talented singers. It was a great pleasure to attend all their performances.
Stardust Theater

Great shows, and a funny cruise director at the end of each show :-)
Children's Programs

Kids loved it!
Service and Staff

Very nice and hard working people. Always ready to help. Our room steward made sure that everything is clean, that we always have fresh towels, and once I even noticed that he organized our shoes on the floor. The poor guy even arranged all the toys that my daughter brought with her on the ship.
Ship Quality

These people cleaned all the time. So YES, it was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
It was small, but well designed. Everybody had their place to sleep and it was comfortable. Our's was an inside cabin for 3 people (one child), but the balcony cabins were larger. In the other words the more you pay, the greater comfort you have.
Ship tip
I'm going to copy somebody else, but take water bottles with you. You can get water at the buffet on the 12th floor (back of the ship) at any time.
Didn't have enough time to do something there, and the Cocoa Beach wasn't the prettiest I've seen. I'd rather stay one more day on Bahamas. It was a waste of time, unless you stayed on the ship :-) The ship had always something going on.
Beautiful place. White sand and calm water, so even the kids could swim comfortably. Just the big rocks on the bottom were annoying, but I could live with it :-) Next time I'll bring water shoes with me :-)
It would be nice to stay there overnight, so we could experience the night life on the island. While we were there, we took a bus trip around the island and visited few interesting places.
Prepare for lines, but the people were very nice, and they made the process as smooth as possible. It was also faster than the embarkation, so it was OK.
We were on the gem in December and loved it! We are loyal to NCL and enjoyed the longer cruise. Only issue was our first day out on the Atlantic we were in 30' seas. So it was really hard to get around and felt seasick.
