Review summary

I would never take this ship again. We have been on the Jewel and the Majesty in the past and had a wonderful experience. Overall. the rudeness of some of the staff was to much and the fact that my husband was really sick and could not get to the doctor in the 2 hours he was there... We will try another ship in the future.

It took us 3 hours to get on the ship, as they put us in an area for wheel chairs and made a list, people who did not want to wait were jumping in the front of the wheel chairs... It was very in organized.

they food was ok, the presentation was ok.. they had a good selection and after a few days it seemed like the same ole thing.

with the exception of the Guest Services, the servers were very helpful and always pleasant. The steward was ok.. we had the same sheet on the bed for the entire 11 days.. I thought they would have changed them at some point. The Guest Services were rude and very disengaged when you asked a question.. They told me 2 different plan to leave the ship with a wheel chair... it seems like they have no ide what is going on...
