Review summary

Not a good value, didn't like Norwegian. We had a late departure, I paid for a mid ship cabin and was given a forward cabin. When I claimed this to the front desk the person was very polite and showed me another cabin, but my husband didn't want to go through the hassle of moving luggage. I was never offered a credit or another satisfaction.

I tried to see the the reversing currents when the bay o Fundy and the river meets. Took a boat trip on my own, but they don't tell you that it only occurs every few hours so I wasted my money. Must buy the excursion through the cruise tours, because they buy the time slot when it happens

Portland, Maine

Let's see. You booked a cabin. I have to believe you looked at your specific cabin location when you booked. Mid ship, right? Then you print your boarding pass and your luggage tags. Same midship cabin, right? Then you check in, get assigned a forward cabin. Meanwhile your checked bags go where??? Ship offers a new cabin location BUT HUSBAND does not want to move. SHIP'S FAULT??? Something does not pass the smell test.
