Review summary

I enjoyed this whole cruise from start to finish, weather might not have been just as good for other people but it was warm for us from N. Ireland anyway walking around in shorts and t-shirt while Americans made u feel cold with jackets zipped up to the throat nearly and trousers on.

Embarkation

Line was long but when you got through was easy enough.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Kept going back to buffet most of the time found food mostly on cold side by the time you found a table. Grand Pacific was great good service. The other complementary dining room beginning with M can't remember name lol, went for my birthday service was slow, picking up plates before the other person was finished. On the plus side I had happy birthday sung to me by the waiters plus another cake.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I didn't do a lot of activities but I enjoyed the bingo n trivia activities

Entertainment

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We met 2 really nice staff on board, 1who did our room n the other in photo gallery. All staff very friendly to be fair and all spoke when u met them in corridors

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It was good, and all areas clean

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room was big enough for 2,probably would find it bit cramped with third person though. Room was always clean. The partner would say but scum around toilet bowl.

Ship tip

Go and enjoy it, see the shows. The holiday is what u make of it.

We decided we weren't doing any excursions with the boat but we did hop on hop off this day through the port but we had to use or room key, so we didn't make that mistake again. We stopped at Maritime Museum which was up road a bit only then to see a cute we train type vehicle that took donations to go round I think. Overall it was good n we got to c all the sites

Saint John, New Brunswick

We did ollies trolley here a 2 n half hr trip to acadia park luckily before it rained which cost us 70dollars altogether. Then we did a little half hr around the town after lunch which cost 30 dollars altogether. Weather was so bad we just went back on board after that.

I always wanted to go on this little fire engine from I seen it at least 6 months ago lol, it holds 12 people n u go on a 50min tour of the town, I Really enjoyed it because it was different. We then did a tour on a duck boat u buy ur tickets at the blue lobster again it was something different took u through town out onto the water past the gem.

It was very quick, we took our own bags off just in the morning, which alot of people seemed to do.
