Had a great time on the Gem. Good first time cruise. I look forward to bigger ships with more space and less overcrowded lido deck. Definitely recommend.

Arrived at NYC port at 11am and was onboard the Gem by noon. Lines moved slow but not too bad. Would definitely recommend early embarkment times.

Buffet is madness and people really act like they never ate before. Breakfast eggs were cold and omelette was undercooked. I definitely prefer sit down and a la carte options.

Lots to do, but it was hard to keep up. My boys really enjoyed the kids camp.

The staff and crew were really always on point. Tina Turner was amazing. The pool reggae band was amazing.
