We had such a great time, that we booked another cruise before leaving this one. Looking forward to NCL Escape next September to Bermuda. Thank you NCL for a great experience.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We arrived in NYC early, so there was a waiting period, but what's the rush, we're on vacation. Everyone was helpful and once they started calling boarding numbers, it went quickly.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We enjoyed our meals in O'sheehans, the Grand Pacific, Magenta's & the buffet. Each dining area caters to a specific mood/food & each was good. We enjoyed breakfast every day in the buffet, whether it be indoors or outside, we can always count on chit chatting with MayAnn.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Every morning I enjoyed Sudoku in the atrium with Bianca or Samuel. We also participated in trivia and cupcake decorating. There was always something to do. The 2 days at sea coming home, we didn't go to the pool because we were participating in activities.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We enjoyed the shows every night and when seated in the dining room the staff would ask if you were going to the show. Each night was different and top notch.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Tommy our room steward paid close attention to detail and always had a kind words for all. MayAnn in the buffet, Bianca, Samuel, Alvin, who took care of activities. The staff in guest relations, next cruise, excursions. I can't stress enough how wonderful this crew was or say enough about the crew that works hard behind the scenes.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Very easy getting around. We always saw someone wiping this or that. Even the common restrooms were always clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We had a balcony mini suite. It was roomy for the 2 of us and Tommy always did a great job.
Ship tip
Bring your own water bottle to refill and a lanyard for your room key.
This was the day that SpaceX launched another rocket, so it was special. Kennedy Space Center was busy, but it didn't seem crowded. We had a nice tour and it's definitely something that I would do again.
Went parasailing, had a blast. Rent a clamshell if you want shade, well worth the money. The water was beautiful and relaxing. They had food and drinks on the island.
Ok, I like this port, but didn't like the streets of Nassau. We walked to the Queen's Staircase, Fort Fincastle & cab ride to John Whatlings Rum Distillery, it was national rum day. The streets are dirty, but if you can look past that and focus on the history then you will have a good time, like we did. The people are nice and helpful once away from the straw market. The straw market is overwhelming & nothing like I remember from '88, when they made things by hand, now they're imported. Let down.
If you want to get off quickly (before 9), then do the self walk off. Once we gathered our luggage in the port it was very fast through customs, quicker than Fort Lauderdale.
