Enjoyable cruise almost perfect
food and service were great
just one minor problem with malfunctioning room safe
which took several calls to get maintenance to replace
great entertainment options
Gem is a great ship not too big it never felt too crowded at the pool or at entertainment venues
Not much of a wait either at restaurants either
