overall the cruise was very nice, however staff wise I wasn't impressed many of them were rude or as I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for anything.

Our steward Alexis was amazing. One of the few reason I would take another cruise with Norwegian.

Give me a break,I've been on the gem 3 times and every time the staff has ALWAYS been wonderful.dont cruise if your gonna be so picky jeez
