Terrific ship and crew provided and outstanding vacation experience.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Excellent food and dining choices. The one drawback is most of the restaurants continue to have a dress code so truly casual dining is only available in a few restaurants.

Ports of call

Naples, Italy

5 out of 5
Too much to see and do in a day with Pompeii, Herculaneum, the Amalfi Coast etc. all nearby but a short trip whets the appetite for more.
Don't Miss: Pompeii & Herculaneum

Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

5 out of 5
The leaning tower is the only "must see" in Pisa so a short visit suffices. But Florence has so much art, architecture, history, plus great hotels and restaurants that a follow up trip is necessary.
Don't Miss: Florence...the whole city.

Valletta, Malta

5 out of 5
Lots of history but a one-day visit is sufficient for the casual traveler.

Villefranche-Sur-Mer, France

5 out of 5
Stunningly beautiful natural port with Nice and Monaco within a few minute drive and the ancient hilltop town of Eze overlooking the port.
Don't Miss: Eze

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

5 out of 5
This city is so loaded with history, beauty, and great hotels and restaurants. Great tours available but several days are necessary to experience just the highlights.
Don't Miss: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican City

Pros: Free-style Dining

Cons: Slow internet access
