Review summary

Too many children in the Haven, couldn't use the pool, kids were always rough-housing. Maintenance was constantly wiping up the floors. Kids took over the hottubs. We pay more money to be in the Haven, we enjoy the quiet, refined special area.

No children in our party. TOO many children in the Haven. We always thought of the Haven as a more quiet,refined area.

Butler,Guiller Dementia, was excellent. teo Barrett, the concierge went above and beyond Gabriel Cruz and Nina Ferrer in the Haven restaurant were efficient and very accommodating to our every wish.
