Review summary

I am a firm believer in you choose your attitude, and that predicts your time. Did some things go wrong, sure, but that did not ruin the cruise. We had a great time. NCL's Free at Sea speaks to us and we like what it says, others may not like it, we hope you find a vacation that speaks to you.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Full ship but we had priority boarding made it easy on by 11:30.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Went to all main DRs they were great. Went to 4 specialty and food and service were amazing. Buffet was crowded, too crowded to go more than once.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The large crowds made some activities feel cramped, we went to some but opted to go to Library and play our own games

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Choir of Man is best show I have ever seen! We went twice. Singer in District, Bradley Sinclair from The Voice, was fun and very talented, he also did a Rat Pack show in the Supper Club.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I know everyone misses the turn-down service but I'm an adult I can turn my bed down. Ian did everything we asked. There was some issue with a door magnet we use, so we kept it in our room.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Been on the Escape 3 times still love it.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We still had a Spa Balcony since we purchased before they changed classifications. Spacious and comfortable, great sleeping.
