We signed up for an 11am arrival time. We did pay for the Priority Access (which I highly recommend). We were on the ship having lunch in under an hour.

Food was delicious! We’ve done 9 Carnival cruises…loved every single one…but I would say NCL food was better and you had way more options with the specialty restaurants.

Lots of trivia and games to participate in. I will say, Carnival does seem to take the win for entertainment, but that’s not our main interest so no complaints here!

First time with a balcony!!! We will never go back!

Whatever you do, make a reservation for Choir of Man. This is the best show I’ve ever seen at sea.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Be careful, if you try a suite it will be hard to return to the balcony.😎. We still mostly book a balcony, but for special occasions a suite is wonderful. Glad you thoroughly enjoyed your cruise.
