Review summary

I found the ship very crowded, we waited for elevators a lot! It was very hard to find a quiet comfortable area outside of our balcony to relax in and it was impossible to get in to see any of the shows unless you went very late at night. There was very little to nothing that I enjoyed about this cruise!

Extremely loud and crowded at the pool area. The adult section in the aft was small and lacked a pool and shade, thou there was one hit tub. Tough to find a quiet relaxing spot any place on the ship

Couldn’t get in to see any of the shows! The bands that played in the casino and pool area were lackluster at best

A few staff were good, especially those of higher rank. but most were just going through the motions

The design absolutely sucks but it was clean with the exception of some of the restrooms.

The cabin itself was fine. I found the beds to be hard and uncomfortable. There were a couple of times that we didn’t get our hand towels replaced & the cleaning wasn’t the best until the last couple days. Wonder why, looking for a tip?

The above review is mine. To top it off there is now a pending charging on my credit card almost for almost $90 after our statement shows paid in full the day we left! WTF we had problems with their Accountanting before we left, this company has some serious issues to address if they’re going to survive!
