Review summary

We had a wonderful time on the cruise. So much to do but never enough time I would say we really enjoyed ourselves this time, since I booked 2 more almost back to back NCL cruises in November and December 2020 🥂🛳⚓😊

Embarkation

This time NCL came thru for us. Our son has high functioning autism and crowds pushing can cause meltdowns... not good at 6'7" and 260 pounds They had us with an early board which helped tremendously with him and there were no issues. Everything went smooth and the rooms were ready extremely early. Had an amazing sail off As we were passing the Statue of Liberty the all new ENCORE was also passing on her maiden voyage into Manhattan What fun we had waving to them and taking pictures

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Amazing time Drink package well worth it as a perk Bloody Marys are amazing... just ask them for half the vodka Le Bistro was fabulous, our son had escargots and loved them. Service was impeccable food was amazing. My husband is a Chef and loved everything. Teppenaki was so much fun. The chefs sing and dance for you. We laughed and enjoyed the night. Main dining rooms were fantastic as well. Be sure to do breakfast and lunch at least once in them Garden Cafe always a great go to for a quick bite.. we love washy washy

Onboard Activities

Was a little chilly for the pool. The only issue I have is children being in hot tubs. I am a certified pool operator and you must be 18 or older to be in a hot tub. Kids peeing and announcing it is unacceptable staff does nothing There was even a baby in diapers. Triva in the Atrium was.so much fun as well as battle of the sexes Always a fun activity going on
