All in all it was a good trip. I wish there was more of a difference in the ships. I would like to see more items in the gift shop to purchase especially for the ports we are visiting. Also when offering incentives like drink packages, the gratuities and service charges are ridiculous. Norwegian is getting too expensive.

This was my 4th time on a Norwegian ship. The food was not that good and we ate mostly in the main dinning rooms and specialty dinners. We went to the buffet for breakfast and it has gone downhill from the other ships. There are too many pre made packaged foods. The French Toast and Pancakes were awful.

I thought Choir of Men was great but After Midnight was not right for the cruise. The performers were very talented but you really have to like jazz and the time period was too far back. People want what they can relate to. This was obvious when they had a technical problem during show. People were told it would be resolved shortly yet about a 3rd of audience left. We stayed only out of respect to the preformers.
Service and Staff

The restaurant staff was pretty good, very friendly. However, the housekeeper who did our room was just fair and I always look forward to the towel animals and we did not have a single one. The bathroom was not always cleaned the greatest. I also tried to buy some of the jewelry on sale in hallway. Mobs of people and there was only one person showing the jewelry and also check out. I am disabled and waited on line to make a purchase. People were cutting ahead and when I asked him if I could check out next he said he had to work with this other couple first. I was the next person for assistance. It would have taken 2 minutes to check out. They need more people there to assist. I was annoyed mostly at the rude passengers but there should have been more help. Needless to say I did not buy the item.

Everything was clean and well maintained. However, my complaint is that every ship is pretty much the same now. I would like each ship to look different. Being the fourth time on Norwegian I found trip 3 and 4 kind of boring.
Cabin / Stateroom

I found the all white bed not attractive. The room was maintained and fairly clean. As stated before I though housekeeping could have been better. There were some minor maintenance problems such as the divider of the balcony was loose and banged constantly. A wash rag stuffed in between fixed the problem and the rubber weather strip on balcony door was coming off and it whistles loudly with wind. My husband was able to temporarily fix it. I am sure if we had informed them they would have fixed it
