Ugly! out check-in time was 12 noon but we stood in line for almost 2 hours. We discovered that all the agents went on break at noon, so we are not sure whay they scheduled us at noon.

Food was amazing, especially the specialty restaurants. Even the buffet was excellent.

Too cold to enjoy the pools and there were only two hot tubs which were always full.

Service in the lounges was non-existent. Only one server per lounge, overworked and rude. We figured out after day 2 that you needed to order at the bar if you planned on having a drink.

Cabin was great, Dennis took great care of us. we were disappointed that they would not open the balcony screen between our friends and our stateroom. They gave a BS answer on safety. We sail with Royal Carribean, Carnival and MSC and never have a problem getting someone to open the balcony screen.
