Review summary

I believe this cruise would have been a better experience earlier in the year. however the ship and crew were great.

it was delayed by a late arrival plus an inspection. they couldnt handle the traffic and the terminal was a mess. this is more of a NYC terminal issue and likely not NCL.

The move from frozen drinks to non frozen certainly was noted, however the move was fine. I enjoyed the drinks and meals through out the ship. we ate at the Brazilian steak house, Margaritaville, the tepapanyaki restaurant was top notch as always. the buffet was not as good as on my past cruises.

really enjoyed the dueling pianos and the piano player in the District Brew House. I had seen the shows in prior sailings but my sister in law saw them all and had a great time.

the cabin was fine however it was at the front of the ship on deck 9. We had rough seas and it was not comfortable.

we were supposed to have 3 days here. the first day we didnt get off till 6:30pm and the other 2 days only one wasn't raining. thats the risk of traveling at the end of season. it would be unfair to rate the port under these conditions.
