Review summary

The overall cruise was great, friendly staff. However, the ship felt very crowded(we have been on about 10 cruises before) and it seemed that rather than making sure that our time onboard was the best experience possible, Norwegian seemed to be trying to milk us for every dollar we had. Only other complaint is that there was a Brat Pack show that contained an unusual amount of completely un-needed profanity.  Other than that, the overall cruise was very nice!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was mediocre compared to most other ships. Was very upset that there was no more lobster night.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5

Entertainment

As I mentioned before, completely unnecessary obscene amounts of profanity in the brat pack show.

Cabin / Stateroom

Room was ok but very small cabin compared to other cruises. This ships purpose was to fit as many people as possible rather than provide comfort

Ship tip

Rope course and slides were awesome!

Your right, shame on me. I have never had a problem on a cruise with the level of profanity in a show. So, I should have talented "profanity" statement more serious. I am not typically the one who goes to early comedy. But the F bomb in the Harlem show was offensive to me. The show was excellent otherwise, but it made me blush bringing my parents to the show. Then I cancelled the brat pack. Now keep in mind, this is like my 10th cruise with NCL and I am a big fan. But I happen to agree with this woman's comments.

The show stated up front that there was profanity...We though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the performance and actually went to it twice.

That's why I go to early shows. Like the comedy show.

I agree that there was unnecessary profanity in a few shows on that ship. It isn't something I usually comment on but it bothered me
