Review summary

The boat is very large and the week we went on board, very crowded.  The saving grace was that we were Haven guests in one of the ships suites.  I cannot imagine doing a cruise without access to the Haven courtyard, sun deck and bar lounge.  The service personnel were outstanding and accommodated my family easily and expertly.  Highly recommended.

Cabin / Stateroom

The suite is wonderful and you have all of the privacy you could ever ask for as there is nothing to the rear of you other than the wake of the ship. The only negative is that if the seas are rough because of wind, then the motion at both the front and the back of the ships is most prominent

Ship tip

I would recommend that you reserve a Haven cabin or suite on a big ship the size of the Escape or larger. I would not travel on so large a ship without it.

The Haven pool is small but I found that hardly anyone was ever there.

The haven pool looks really small from photos, is it?

Was the haven crowded? And how was the haven pool?
