Review summary
We enjoyed the ship. The layout was very nice and it was fairly easy to navigate from one area of the ship to the next. We all liked the addition of a brewery, but did not pay the extra $$$for the Waterfront or the any other restaurant that was not covered in our dining package. Embarkation and disembarkation quite well organized.
COMPLAINT: THE NOISE LEVEL WAS UNBELIEVABLE. We were invited to a meet and greet with the Captain and staff and WE COULD NOT CARRY ON A CONVERSATION because the music was SO LOUD. We left sadly disappointed that we did not get to converse with each other or the staff. We were interested in the "Free Money" campaign, but were not about to yell to get the information. The ATRIUM music was SO LOUD that it was difficult to have a family meal in the early evening at O'Sheeans. A restaurant the we enjoy very much. There is plenty of research that indicates that even a short amount of high decible sounds causes injury to the ear drum. I would suggest keeping the LOUD music to the clubs in the later evening.
Splash Academy was awesome...the 7 year old in our family loved going there.
