Review summary

This was our first cruise on NCL in a long time.  The Haven was absolutely fantastic!  The service and amenities were incredible.  The food overall was just mediocre, and the options for dining without paying upcharges was very limited.  The ship was very nice, but if not in the Haven area, felt very crowded.  I would not have wanted to deal with that pool area and getting a chair every day, it look outrageous!  I would definitely go back on this ship, but would insist on the Haven again.

The Escape is not all about the Haven.Sorry mixing with the masses was too much for you but if you'd of tried it was actually great fun and beds aren't that hard to find. Also many cruise lines now have extra charges for lots of restaurants. The Haven is nice but you do pay quite a premium for it
