Review summary

poor service on this ship the room stewart never gave us towels, did a bad job of cleaning the room, had to ask almost everyday for beach towels. the breakers kept blowing in the room so the tv and all the outlets would go dead. service on this ship is poor. But the ship is beautiful with lots of things to do. entertainment you had to make reservations to watch any of the shows

The Escape has won the customer services awards and ship of the month awards! I can't believe this!

Never experienced any of these issues in Escape. Pool towels are available at the pool. A card must be inserted I. The slot to keep power on. A simple phone call to guest services could have answered your questions

It is up to you to exchange pool towels. They provide the first set in your cabin and then exchanging them at the exchange stations is up to you after that.

Dude keep your key card in the slot to keep power on....hahaha oh my Far as towels go you can get as many as you want all you have to do is exchange them

That's weird we had amazing service. Extra pillows when we asked and 4 fresh pool towels in our room daily.

Guess my comment would be what all did you have plugged into the room circuit?? Fan ,curling iron, blower ,game console . Phone chargers etc. The room has a GFI and is limited as to how many amps it can handle. Thus the restrictions on what you can bring to the cabin that uses electricity.

Beach towels you have 1 for the week. You could have gotten new ones from pool , exchange 1 for 1. Power goes out when you don't leave a card in! You could have exchanged towels on way off the ship.
