No reservations available for specialty dining restaurants. Not much in the buffet. Chinese restaurant was very good, but you could only get certain dishes if you sat at the bar. Made no sense at all.

Pools were awful. Couldn’t bring your drinks in the pool on a cruise ship?!?! Water was too warm. Pools were tiny and no one ever went in them.

Staff tried, but they were completely understaffed. Service was NOT GOOD at all. We had to stand in line for everything. Drink service was the worst.

Very questionable review. My guess this person was told no by someone and that set the stage for the rest of cruise. I've cruised on the Epic, and although I wasn't thrilled with cabin layout, I had a great time on ship and did not have the cruise experience this person had. I make the best of any cruise I'm on, and I dont let little things that go wrong ruin the cruise.

I agree with dumfy75. Do your research and if you were on Shipmate before your cruise you probably would have had your problems addressed before you boarded.

Well each to their own of course, but - speciality dining opens up 90-120 days before the cruise depending on room type, why do people ignore that clearly stated fact in their booking then complain that they can’t book what they want once on the cruise. No drinks in the pool is kind of standard. Suitcases go in that massive space under the bed(s), take it you didn’t look too far. Most of the other things are particular to you and your cruise so can’t argue against them.
