Review summary

A disaster from the moment we were onboard. The shoreside staff were rude. We had to contact guest services repeatedly for issues without receiving any resolution. And most importantly, the staff are clueless about cross contamination for preparing meals that are safe for guests with previously declared allergies.

Did you notify the cruise line ahead of time of the food allergies? Meet with the maitre’d at the start of the cruise to go over them? I’ve never heard of someone having an issue if they are proactive and let the staff know in advance.

Been on the Epic twice. Of the 30+ cruises we've been on, the Epic was by far the most disappointing.....both of them!
