I was glad to be on vacation and not have to work, but the ship itself was very disappointing. This ship needs to be taken out of commission or downsize the amount of people by about 1500 so you can maybe enjoy the ship. Again the venue is too small for the amount of people on the ship

We did not eat dinner for the first 3 nights on the ship. The lines for dining were so long. They ad that you can make reservations and all three nights were booked. I have never had
anytime dining and had to make reservations nor have I ever been where you weren't able to get in unless it was close to closing. Cagneys was excellent. Teppanyaki specialty dining was so disappointing. The steak was awful Normally it is a place we are looking forward to.
Onboard Activities

The pools were not filled. They had 2 and they were so small. Neither were filled up correctly. Something was not right. The pool bar was terrible. The drinks were great but the lines were so long it was quicker to go in and get your drinks at the atrium on deck 5 from deck 15. 3 lines and all were long. The spa package online was 199.00 thermal but of course you could never book it. I get on the ship and its 349 pp. your frigging kidding me.

Bartender at the Atrium bar Morris Lorenzo was fantastic. He was awesome. His drinks were made top notch and he suggesed were excellent He is wonderful. Eric that was on the floor by the atrium he was amazing. We were ery discouraged when we got on the ship and he came to us and had my husband sit and relax while he went and got us drinks and brought my to me while I stood in line at customer service the very first day. My key card would not work. I cant say enough about Park West Gallery staff. Cass, Liliia, Cornelius, Nadia, Quine and Dom were just simply fantastic.
Ship Quality

Ship was ok the Casino went thru the whole 6 deck. That is why dining was at a minimum because normally the dining rooms are 2 decks. You could not get to the noodle house first the line was so long on any night except the 6th night. You could not get to the casino machines because everyone was sitting at them waiting for Shanghai reservations. 2 hr wait is a bit much. The ship is way to small for the amount of people on it. it was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

I loved our room It had a lot of storage. Of course the toilet and shower was odd like no other but i did like our room. It was clean and our steward was there and if we needed something the phone never worked but he got word.
Ship tip
Don't go the Epic. I would tell them to go to another NCL cruise ship. I was so disappointed and the food was terrible Was not happy about that.
The port is fine. The ship was new to the port so the parking even though we had terminal parking it was no where near terminal parking. We were in overflow parking lot 5
Ocho Rios, Jamaca is a crap hole. It is one of the worst ports ever. Its unorganized dirty awful Falmouth Jamaica is a great port. Ocho Rios was awful. You cannot get a taxi that is how bad the port is. Its the security and area is unsafe. No excursion
No excursions. Cozumel is the best port. We enjoy the local stuff there and visit local bars and have many local people we see when we come into Cozumel.
OMG this was awful The ship gave you times to get off but no one abided by them. The staff was awful non communitive, disrespectful and no idea what was going on. 1 hr to grt oft the ship and we had priority disembarkation. The stairs from deck 10 all the way to 7 was just jammed. The elevators were practically non existed. No one cared about what color and what time you were supposed to get off they let everyone off at the same time. I am just glad I did not have a flight to catch.
I agree with this particular ship may be more enjoyable with less passengers. My sailing was full with the max which made for very long lines everywhere.
