We were on the same cruise and yes it was disappointing with the change of itinerary. However, this was due to the bad weather and we had to change course to avoid the worst of it, so I understand. I guess that’s the risk you take when doing a transatlantic cruise in December! I have to say though that the service and staff on board were excellent and am surprised you only gave 1 star out of 5. I personally think they were 5 out of 5 along with the food which again was excellent. Onboard activities were very good and with Bermuda being cancelled at such short notice I thought the entertainment team did an excellent job of arranging activities for that day. I thoroughly enjoyed the 9 days at sea and would certainly cruise with NCL again.
