Review summary

We're still on board, just on day two, so I can't comment on anything else. In general don't book this ship, until NCL get things open.

Embarkation

Not bad, reasonably fast

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food is good, with very few vegetarian options.Cocktail menus limited and limited to no virgin cocktails in most venues. (MSC is much better in this area)

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
We were very disappointed to find that the whole adults only pool area is closed for the duration of the ship. NCL continue to advertise this for the EPIC, which is false advertising imho. Each party has been given 50$ to compensate for the closure. I would not have booked if I had known that so much of the ship' pool decks were out of bounds. The available two pools are very small, one is a shallow kids pool. Unlike MSC orchestra, the water is not changed daily.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
I'm only commenting on the fact that the show Priscilla Queen of the desert was on the schedule, but when I went to reserve I was told it has been cancelled for the entire cruise for 'operational issues'

Children's Programs

No kids

Service and Staff

Friendly staff,

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Pool area feels a little enclosed as it's dominated by the climbing wall and slides.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Clean, Comfortable beds, good bedlinen. As to be expected poor circulation space around the cabin. I dislike the sink being at the end of the bed. Balcony is nice.

Ship tip

Until they get themselves sorted out and reopen the H2O spice area (the adults only area) my tip would be to choose a different ship.
