Review summary

Wonderful cruise we took with our family. We used the cruise next desk to put down a 2 for 1 deposit and we are booked on NCL again for July.

Embarkation

So getting into Puerto Rico was kind of a nightmare with all the Covid restrictions but we got in the night before. Embarkation was a little wonky. Went to terminal then bussed to a hotel for testing which actually pretty smooth. Then back to terminal and it was about an hour wait with no information on when embarkation would begin. Once it did it was fast and easy, especially that we were booked in The Haven. The wait kinda sucked but better than being at work.

Food and Dining

Food was great throughout the ship but Haven restaurant was above and beyond anything we ever experienced on a ship. Garden Cafe was great buffet open basically all the time. Nice selections for breakfast lunch and dinner. Haven staff was wonderful, Lido staff was wonderful. All in all the friendliest crew we’ve ever met

Something to do 24 hours a day. And since the cruise was basically empty there were no lines or waiting

Shows, acts, and comedy were all spot on and fun!

Can’t say how much we loved the crew, especially the Haven. Felt a little weird having a butler but they were able to get us anything we wanted on the ship at any time….we didn’t abuse this but it was nice knowing.
