Poolside was empty every day, live music was repetitive . Our only complaint with NCL (not just this cruise) is if you want to sit by the pool in the afternoon and have a few drinks, there is zero atmosphere. We often bring our own speaker and most people are grateful. Games and karaoke area.ways worth a good laugh.

Priscilla was amazing. One of the best productions of this show I have seen. Burn the Floor was also really well done.. Fire and Ice were super entertaining and were very versatile.
Service and Staff

Most of the Staff was amazing. Everyone was happy to be there. Gus was our server by the poolside and we loved talking to him every day. Rheyus was our room steward and very attentive. Customer service desk had no clue what was going on, every different person you talked to had a completely different answer. And the staff doing covid tests were the worst. We needed PCR test to return to Canada, I got mine okay, but my boyfriend had to go back 4 times to get the right test, and then they were rude about their mistake.

Ship was spotless, not once did we enter a public area and someone wasn’t in there cleaning.

Layout was strange but we loved the starboard front room….
Our favourite stop, took a taxi to Cala Mayor beach, beyond amazing, even in October the water was warm and clear for as far as we could see…bring your suit and towels…
Mix up with the airport transfers with customer service having no idea what they were talking about again. We got a call at 715 that the last airport transfer was leaving at 730 without us. We went and ate, packed, walked off the ship at 845, got on a bus and still sat there for 30 minutes before we left. Without the call it would have been perfect…
