Review summary
We were back to back customers from April 27 transatlantic. Had to change staterooms and our troubles started. We are Platinum members but didn’t get our perks on day 1 or 2. So complained to guest services. Soon we got the bottle of champagne and strawberries but only $50 of $125 in onboard credit we were supposed to get and none of the 2 bottles of wine our travel agent bought for us. So complained again. While there i asked cruisenext when the captains party was and was told it was the previous night. They insisted we had been notified by letter and phone but that was untrue. No notifications were received. Nothing on the OBC and wine on day 3. On day 4 I received a phone call from guest services that our travel agent did not buy us any wine but the hotel director wanted to give us a complimentary bottle because of our misunderstanding. As I was hearing this on the phone a knock on the door and 3 bottles of wine showed up. Also $50 more of OBC showed up in our account. So complained again that we were still short $25 in OBC. Never did get it. Guest services and cruisenext personnel are inept on this ship. Otherwise trip was OK except entertainment was most the same as the first part of our voyage, non refundable credit rules are purposely vague and the captain mumbles rather than speaking distinctly during his addresses.Embarkation
