Review summary

I love to cruise and have taken many. I will never go on Norwegian again. Put a bad taste in my mouth. So in laws first cruise and everything I told him seem to be the opposite.

There were only a couple of staff members that were nice. Over all everybody else was rude and talk to us terribly

We were told when booking to wait to get balcony. We called back and was told the same thing for the upgrade. When told we didn’t get we called back like we were told to and there was no cabins available
