Entertainment staff and daily scheduled activities were poor. Staff did not know the line dances they were leading. Pools were tiny small and unusable with the number of people onboard.

HEadliner entertainers were first class - the best of any cruise we've been on. Venues (Headliners club and the Cavern) were way too small for these quality acts.

Efficient but disengaged. Room steward was excellent. Restaurant waiters didn't engage and provided a service but weren't really present. Bar service was terrible - NCL sold lots of drink packages and the bar service just couldn't handle it. Bartenders were working hard - just couldn't keep up. Bar waiters were few and far between.

Huge ship that they made feel small by dividing into small areas. Atrium wasn't grand and venues were too small. Terrible signage and communication. Elevators couldn't keep up. Pools were too small. Ship was wonderflly clean and well maintained.

Room felt bigger than it was. Room steward did a great job.
Ship tip
Efficient but boring. Run well like a Corporation but anticeptic. Find a ship that has a more fun attitude.
