Terrible, I would never cruise with Norweigian again. I was at the customer service counter everyday and they did nothing to make it better. We couldn't move in our statement, we couldn't see a single show, we couldn't eat anywhere besides the big dining room, all of the speciality restaurants (which cost more by the way) were fully booked until 9:30pm everyday. I would have paid to have some decent food!

The food was always cold, not very good and I've been on many cruises. The wait staff was too busy and very cold. We never were treated very well and had to wait alot.

The onboard activities were sparse. Most of it was alot of trivia and really annoying. The spa and fitness center required you to walk through the state room halls for at least 5 minutes to find it. Just not well located.

Terrible. Our stateroom was never made up, we had to do everything ourselves. The wait staff at dinner was overwhelmed, the food was cold. I don't know what else to say. Do not book this cruise.

It was far from clean, the layout and design was not thoroughly thought after. This ship should be removed from service.
Cabin / Stateroom

I had a balcony, but I had 2 handicapped parents who couldn't move around in the room. The ships hopeful solution was to allow them to go to the spa shower, but the spa shower was down stateroom hallways that walkers don't fit, and on the other side of the boat from where we were. The spa shower was smaller and not as clean as the one in the cabin. I complained every day, but nothing was done. Nothing.
Such a shame! Love NCL, cruise 3 times a year with them, from balcony, mini suites to suites. Maybe you should have made reservations BEFORE to even stepped on the ship.
