I have cruised before and have always enjoyed it except for this cruise on the EPIC.Poor boarding process,Had to retrieve my own bag seven and a half hours after boarding, the buffet food was not what I had expected meaning wasn't good..Very disappointed

Review summary

From the boarding process to have to retrieve my own bag after 7 1/2 hours of being on board, to terrible food and the food not staying in we were both in the bathrooms frequently..I have heard that other Norwegian ships are much better than the EPIC in many ways and that was from frequent cruisers..Epic is at the bottom of our list..Our rating on this ship is a 2 star not a 3.1

Norwegian should have used Sunday as a at sea day instead of stopping at Georgetown when most businesses are closed and the ones that do open don't open till late morning.This was a wasted stop
