This took hours. Two workers trying to process 4,100 people. They announed that they were going to stop porting at Port Canvaral due to the problems

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Specialty restaurants were fabulous. I made it a point to ask the server what they recommended & go with it, so I would try something new :) The Garden buffet was bland, but had several choices. We had to wait in line for drinks. This ship is huge, so it's expected to have to wait at times.

Onboard Activities

So many options that in 10 nights I still didn't have time to try every activity that sounded great

Entertainment

The free shows were great, just not many to choose from. They had additional shows that you had to pay for.

Children's Programs

Didnt have children with us

Service and Staff

Everyone was nice. I went with someone that had never been on a cruise before. I kept telling him about the cute towel animals that would be in our room. When we arrived... no animal, the next day... no animal. So I asked the room steward, he made it later that evening and gave it to us as we were entering our room. I know a towel animal is not a big deal... but it's the little things that add to the experience.

Ship Quality

Huge ship. Glad we took a tour on the first day so we knew our way around pretty quickly. Everything was nice & clean. Lots of staff working hard.

Cabin / Stateroom

Crazy bathroom design. NO PRIVACY!!! The toilet and shower are next to the exit door. You can use a curtain to separate it from the rest of the cabin. The toilet is on one side with a sliding door that does not go up to the ceiling. You can hear EVERYTHING. The shower is on the other side with a sliding glass door. The sink stands alone in the cabin. If you like privacy, this design is not for you. They also had a couch in the room that takes up a lot of room. 1st time with a balcony. Will definitely get it again.

Ship tip

Go on the 1st day tour. Bring a latern for your room key. Make dinner reservations for each night so you won't have to wait in a line.

Didn't plan an excursion, but should have. As soon as we got off the boat pier, locals followed us trying to sell their "goods". Didn't feel safe & don't like being hounded

George Town, Grand Cayman

Best part of the trip. We did the all-inclusive Dolphin Experience. If you do, and you should, pay the extra 4 bucks. Our group was small, the food was awesome & unlimited drinks. We were treated like royalty.
