Review summary

No wifi like other cruise lines offer, not enough selection on TV, one movie channel with mostly old movies, food was good in the beginning but declined in the end had to send things back in specialty restaurant and Taste restaurant. Got wrong explanations and sizes about the food from the menu in the Bistro and steakhouse restaurant. Hard to get around the ship. Pools are to few and to small for the size of the ship. Light in the room was to dark. I can go on but brought up the biggest problems. We will not cruse with your company again.

There’s definitely some things to love and some things that were disappointing on the Epic. I agree the TV was horrible! All shopping and ad channels except for 2. But, other activities and things to do were great compared to some of the other ships we have sailed. And they DID have WiFi; we purchased the premium package and it works great (at almost $200)

I have been on lots of Norwegian ,lots of carnival,royal Caribbean and msc.....I have yet been on a bad cruise...it's all expectations....I go on epic next month but I doubt I will have any complaints....I would Norwegian it a second... probably my first choice....some people complain just to complain

Maybe some of you people should enjoy your vacation and stop "looking" for issues...I find it amusing how people on the same cruise can have such different opinions...I personally love everything about NCL and going on the Epic for our 7th time in January... regardless what cruise line you choose next...Bon Voyage! 🛳😎

I've cruised on the Epic, and didn't have any issues like you had......maybe you were expecting way more than was offered. I found pools to find, food was really good, and the ship is so huge, the only time I felt crowded was around theater. Next cruise you go on , you should just have a good time, and not be critical in expecting more than you should be getting

Cruises that ship 4 years ago and it was the BEST cruise I have ever been on. Sailing in February in Getaway with Norwegian and I can’t wait. Sorry you didn’t like it but you can always pay more and travel Royal Caribbean or pay less and travel Carnival. Remember you get what you pay for
