First time on NCL and probably won't sail again with them.

Boarding should be scheduled. You should sign up for a time to check in AND a specific time to board! Your room should be ready when you board. And luggage should be delivered with in a reasonable time! Most of our luggage was now delivered until after 5 pm!! We checked in at 11am!!

We had a terrible experience at the Manhattan Restaurant. Extremely poor service! This is supposed to be the"nice" restaurant! After being seated, it was 10 Mims before anyone even approached the table! After food was brought waiter never came back to check on us. I asked 3 times for an ice tea refill, which I never got!

Room Steward couldn't seem to get our room clean before 11 am or sometimes later! Then nightly cleaning wasn't done most nights until 10pm!!!

As soon as you step into the room, you need to put your key card in the slot so the lights will come on, that would have been nice info for someone to tell you at check in when they know you have never sailed NCL! Then your toilet is immediately to my right with a frosted glass sliding door and my shower is to my left with a frosted glass door. No actual bathroom!!! Sink is in your "bedroom"! Room is dark with very poor lighting. Rooms are very small, even for an inside room. Only 6 channels on TV, 3 news, 1 sports, 1 movie- that randomly shows the same 6 movies for 11 days without you even knowing when anything will start, 1 "Favorites TV"- which mostly shows a creepy cartoon!
Absolutely horrible!!! Scheduled to get off at 0930. We were called at 0930, only to stand for 1.5 hrs waiting to get to luggage! No Porters to assist with luggage!! Took 2 hrs to get out of the Terminal!!
Who watches TV on vacation? And all the literature describes the times to a T... your travel agent could have directed you... we luv the ship and going on our 7th cruise on her in January...😀
