The care they take for special dietary needs may the single greatest reason for choosing this cruise line!!! My wife has to be GF and they have specialist that cater to that. Meals have to be preordered a head of time, but options far exceeded most places. Main Dining Rooms ranged from good to spectacular. Did not feel the need pay extra.

high level stages shows, Loved Burn the Floor, Priscilla was a very high end production, I wasn't a big fan of the show but have to admire the stagecraft in which it was performed.

Good but.....bar service was lacking. I can't help but think all the prepaying/collecting of service charges "to be shared" has sort of demotivated the staff.
Ship Quality

The ships design has some fundamental flaws which probably seemed great on the drawing board, but failed in execution. The separate water closet and shower stalls on either side of the door just are strange and you never get used too. The lack of a deck that allows you to walk all the way around the ship ...just feels like something is lack... there is an incredbile lack of sun deck space, which require you to get up early to stake a spot. The crew has to over come alot of design concepts that never quite work

The design of the cabin is just weird but the cabin is as good any
Did our own thing..strongly recommend the Discover Mexico Park, not affiliated with the cruise line..best overall way to find out about mexico in short period. More of cultural center than the typical shore excursion
With only a little effort NCL could make this ship great. They need more staff badly. There were only two customs staff working when we docked in Orlando after cruise for 4,000+ people. I had to tip $50+ to skip the long line.
