We had a blast, I would do this cruise again. The ship is huge, familiarize yourself a head of time of the layout of the ship. We enjoyed this as our first NCL cruise and will be going on NCL again real soon I hope. The Unlimited Beverage Package is a must. I could care less about the Ultimate Dining Package as there are so many other places to eat for free.
Embarkation

The Embarkation was a quick and easy. When we arrived to Port Canaveral, we found a great parking space right up front. We walked to the porters, gave him our three pieces of luggage and handed him a nice tip of course. We walked inside, got up to the check-in counter, it was nice and easy and quick, even though the guy checking us in didn't give us any paperwork on the ship and stuff like that as other people had gotten. I will admit our keycards, they looked a bit rough like they had gone through some kind of storm, most the lettering was rubbed away before it was even used. We were on group boarding number 12, it went by pretty quick, the long walk up the gangway was air conditioned and it was okay once we were on board, it was great.

My wife and I had the unlimited beverage package, the ultimate dining package, the free 250 minutes of internet usage (which we used to stay in touch with our daughter), $50.00 shore excursion credit which we did not use. The unlimited drink package SOLD US..... We loved it. We were able to try a lot of drinks it was great except or my last night, I mixed several types of drinks which I shouldn't have, it got me sick and I lost my breakfast and lunch all over myself and into the bathroom running from Cagney's Steakhouse. Moderno was awesome, the food was great. We enjoyed a light lunch at O'Shennan's one afternoon and it was nice. Who ever tells you the drinks are watered down, they are not, they are strong. The Shaker's Martini bar was one of our favorite places, it was nice to try different flavors of drinks there.

We didn't do much on board except go to Priscilla, Queen of the Dessert The musical, it was funny, musical, entertaining, and it was a blast. My in-laws even enjoyed the show. It is a must.

They were all so nice. Even though my room steward took my driver's licenses by mistake, everyone was great. G Tang a bartender at O'shennan's was so nice, he and I talked a lot about Super Heros, movies, and such since I was sporting my Superman Lanyard, watch, and ring. He was a great guy and made me a great margarita.

Cabin / Stateroom

All I can say is was great. The king size bed, I think it is not, but it was okay, even though my feet hung off the end and I am not even that tall. Our balcony state room was awesome, the balcony was great, the room has lots of storage and was just great. I would most likely sail on the Epic again.
Ship tip
Just have fun, use the stairs if can, the elevators were always full and long waiting. Book reservations for everything as early as you can. Have a good time. The Martini Bar and the Whiskey Bar are great places.
My third time there and I am liking it even more. We were sad that Senor Frogs was not serving Conch Salad that day, that was why we went there, but we did manage to find a place to eat some, it was good.
Get off the ship as early as you can, place yourself near the small bar, the Abaco Taco place is near all the shops, get there before 11 am and you won't have to stand in a long line. Grab as many taco's as you want. Grab yourself an extra plate and put your taco condiments on it and build your tacos when you set down. They had some kind of roasted corn that was so good and the guacamole was good too.
Agree with Dlorimer. 7 nights is barely enough time to get acquainted with the ship....and then it's time to disembark! Can't even believe Epic offers 3 night cruises. Jeremy, agree drink pkg is a must.
