NCL Epic LINES, okay buffet and really bad shows. Yeah, but loved our Jr. Suite!
Embarkation

It was not so much NCL, it was Port Canaveral Port Authority, that so dropped the ball. We were following our FIRST LINE to get into the building, the escalator was going up so were we and everyone else, until the top fill up and there was not more room to stand. That could of been very dangerous if people had started falling backwards, down the escalators.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Let's separate the food LINES, from the drink LINES. The very busy bartenders were great! Especially, considering the shear volume of drinks they make daily, hourly, they must dream about serving drinks. The Taste Main dining was nice, so was the Manhattan Room. The food was good, no prime rib or lobsters though. But, compared to the LINE in the Garden buffet areas, we preferred to eat in the Main dining. It was very sad Taste was not open for lunch. We had to eat at the LINE, I'm sorry, the buffet. The LINE was not even the only part, then it was hard to find open tables to eat at. The buffet setting area had lots of large booths to eat at, where 1 or 2 people would be at them and then ignore you as you try to find somewhere just to sit after standing in LINE to get your food, by the time you could sit down, yep, your food was cold.
Onboard Activities

It was unseasonably cold, so we stayed inside mostly. We are from Florida, so 66 degrees was chilly for us.
Entertainment

OMGoodness! Terrible, in my opinion. We did not want to go to the Men dressed up as Women Show so we went to the Burn Up Dance revue. Yeah, wished I could get that hour of my life back. The family setting in front of us had 2 children with them, mind you we went to the "early" show, they got up and left half way through the show. I should of walked right behind them because it only got worse. Raunchy! Started out with promise, but yeah, leave about 15 to 20 minutes into it, that was all worth watching.

Service and Staff

Most of the wait staff was right on it, polite, personable, really great. I think our room steward was new, he was very nervous. Ruby in the cruise director department was personable and entertaining, very sweet. You Go Girl!
Ship Quality

Our jr. suite was clean, could of used a carpet cleaning. But our steward kept it tidy and clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved, loved, loved our room! Actually we spent a lot of time in it. It was in a convenient location to get to our favorite areas of the ship like The Cavern Bar, Taste Dining Room and the Atrium Bar. It had no inside room on the other side of the hall so half the foot traffic. Close to elevator, but not to close to hear it. Yeah, our room made the cruise for me.
Ship tip
There really are a lot of bathrooms in the public areas. Look your favorite locations on a map of the ship, locate them on a map. They do not have good signage for locating them.
