Review summary

Our favorite part of cruise was our butler Maxie who was attentive and fun. We didn't research the Epic enough to know it was a big ship and needed reservations for everything therefore we were unable to utilize our perks that came with the Haven. Our priority boarding was 1 1/2 hrs in sun due to several computer crashes. We had cruised many times before with no such problems.

The bed was very comfortable. The sensor lights were annoying going on and off every time you passed the toilet area. The aft position we thought was going to be noisey and smelly from exhaust, but it was fine.
