The biggest disappointment was the lack of enforcement of "adult only" areas. No place was sacred. Kids in the casinos, the bars late at night, adult comedy shows... They were everywhere and allowed to harass you. The adult pool area is near the teen club and they refill their drinks at the bar. They also have up charge prices in the dinner menu (tacky and seemed like a racket). The staff is not very friendly. We got a great deal on this cruise and might cruise Norwegian again, but not the Epic.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The choices were not great. My mom ate in the specialty restaurants and loved them. Drink refills were hard to get on any night.
Onboard Activities

Children should not be allowed to attend Priscilla.
Entertainment

Fun! Howl at the Moon was our best time EVER on a cruise ship! Again, having kids around you during adult entertainment is a downer.

Service and Staff

It seemed like the staff didn't enjoy their job. There was one cafe attendant who wore antlers and gave us hand sanitizer said, "Happy happy washy washy!" She was great. Three waiters: Jafar, Michael, and Shantu were good to us.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our steward picked up our beach towels and did not replace them. I asked him for some and he told me where I could find the towel stand at the pool. That is a lowered standard of care. My mother had to ask her cabin steward every night to please come lower their bunks.
Ship tip
Make reservations on-line. The dining staff seems irritated at walk-ins. If you do not want to dress up and want to wear shorts, eat at Taste only. If you dress up for dinner, then Manhattan.
Be careful at Bacardi bar. The drinks are more expensive than the cabana bar. They are better mind you, but you will pay more. Rent a clam shell for $39, worth it.
Rackham's right by the ship has the best calamari I have ever had!! Cemetery Beach is more private and beautiful, you can get their on the bus. The bus is $2.50 each way.
